Submit a Request, Inquiry, or Form
Use the U of A Service Portal to submit forms, service requests, and general inquiries, and view existing tickets or solution articles. Click on the applicable button below to get started.
If you HAVE a Campus Computing ID (CCID)
- Click the Access the Service Portal button above.
- If prompted, select Sign in with CCID to log in.
- Once logged in, you’ll see a bell icon and your first initial in the top-right corner of the portal.
If you DO NOT HAVE a Campus Computing ID (CCID)
- Click the Create a Portal Account button above to register with an alternate email.
- Follow this guide if you need help.
- Once registered, click the Access the Service Portal button to log in.

tips for submitting a request
- If your request is urgent, we recommend giving us a call.
- If you are looking for an update on your request, you can view and reply to your open tickets in the Service Portal home page, or you can give us a call. Opening new tickets for updates will generally slow things down.
- When submitting a general inquiry, keep an eye on the right-hand column of your screen for Suggested Articles that may help you get your issue resolved sooner.
