Janet's doctoral work has been focused on "An Assessment of the State of Measurement Science underpinning Research Utilization in Nursing".

Congratulations to Janet on the CIHR Bisby Fellowship Prize for top ranked applicant in the CIHR post-doctoral competition and the CIHR Elizabeth Dickinson Translation Supplement prize for top ranked applicant in the CIHR post-doctoral competition with a knowledge translation focus.

Janet will initiate her post-doctoral studies following her defence with Dr. Jeremy Grimshaw, Canada Research Chair in Health Knowledge Transfer and Uptake, Senior Scientist at the Ottawa Health Research Institute, and Professor, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa.
