How to Modify a Credit Card Statement
You may return to a saved travel claim to make updates (add receipts or expense lines). However, if a travel claim has already been submitted, you cannot make changes until the approver sends it back to you.
- Sign in to PeopleSoft Financials with your CCID and password
- Click on Main Menu in the top left navigation area
- Click on Employee Self-Service
- Click on Travel and Expense Center
- Under Expense Report choose Modify
- Enter the Report ID number and Click Search
- Make changes to the travel expense report
- Click the Submit button
- Review the agreement and choose OK to confirm and submit the claim for approval or Cancel to return to the expense report to make any changes
