Our Department and School offers graduate degree programs including the Master of Science (MSc thesis-based), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and Master of Engineering (MEng course-based). Graduate students have access to world-class facilities and our programs are recognized for being diverse and challenging.

While reviewing the degree programs, please remember: Each research group has individual course requirements in relation to how credits are completed to meet degree program requirements.

A joint MBA/MEng degree is also offered in co-operation with the School of Business. Inquiries and applications are made directly through the School of Business.
