Bio: With a BA in Psychology (Sociology minor- MacEwan University) and a master's degree in Gender and Social Justice from the UofA, my research interests focus on how queer theory can explain and impact systems ranging from the punk music scene to the prison industrial complex.

I have been working and volunteering with not-for-profit organizations for the last six years. I love to learn and am committed to finding ways to positively impact our community through sharing knowledge and encouraging new ways of thinking and being.
