CJSR's feminist radio program, Adamant Eve, is drawing together a delegation of young feminists to attend the 2nd RebELLEs Pan-Canadian Gathering in Winnipeg, Manitoba, May 20-23. Volunteers will host a Consulta for Edmontonians to discuss what we think major women's issues that should be addressed at the pan-Canadian gathering should be and what skills/workshops we would like to see at the gathering this spring. The Consulta we are holding at Remedy Cafe on 109th Street at 6:30pm on January 17th. Anyone who is interested in going to the gathering in Winnipeg should come out and meet us, ask questions and voice their opinion on what they would like to see at the gathering. We are also hoping that this will be an opportunity to unite feminists in Alberta and help connect them for better collaboration and organizing.
