The new Staff Service Centre team is available to help you with common HR inquiries. Visit the Staff Service Centre to:
- Submit a form
- Review self-service articles to answer your questions
- Reach out for support
Examples of HR services that you can request through the Staff Service Centre:
- Employment verification letters and records of employment
- Benefits (coverage, eligibility, claim issues, adding/deleting benefits, etc.) and pension (service and retirement questions)
- Vacation, leave and holidays (eligibility, pay)
- Pay and tax inquiries
- Immigration and relocation support (work permit renewal and extensions, relocation)
- Recording time in PeopleSoft HCM
This isn't an exhaustive list—if you have an HR question, just ask and we'll connect you to support. The smart and approachable team collaborates with Centres of Expertise, faculty and staff to problem-solve and find solutions.
