Administrative Restructuring: SET Town Hall
On October 6, join President Flanagan, Provost Steven Dew, and SET Executive Lead Rob Munro for a town hall dedicated to the administrative restructuring initiative, Service Excellence Transformation (SET). Learn more about the SET progress to-date, hear how SET aligns with academic restructuring, review upcoming activities and important timelines, and ask your questions and provide feedback. UAT Staff Advisory Team Meeting
The U of A for Tomorrow (UAT) Staff Advisory Team will be meeting next on October 6 to discuss and provide feedback on the next stages of academic and administrative restructuring.

We want to make sure that we communicate, engage with and respond to faculty and staff as much as possible throughout the UAT transformation. Your feedback is critical to academic and administrative restructuring, so we encourage you to share your insights through one (or more) of the avenues for consultation.
