System updates to streamline the appointment process - Coming soon

You spoke and we heard you! Based on your feedback, we are making a few updates to the Alfresco Process Services (APS) appointment system and to the casual bulk upload template in the coming weeks. 

Here is a sampling of what you can expect: 

• New fields to allow hiring units to add a standard statement to offer letters about police information checks or a range of hours  when that is needed for the job. 
• Letters older than 90 days on the APS initiator dashboard will be archived to improve system performance (Note: the archived letters will still be accessible by other routes i.e., eforms, records requests)
• The casual bulk upload template has been expanded to Excluded Students (in addition to casual 1 and casual full-time student)
