Form Updates: Journal Entry Request & P-card

Do you need to make a correction to an approved credit card statement report or a travel or expense claim? The Travel & Expense Journal Entry Request form and the Credit Card Journal Entry Request form have now been merged into a single form called the Journal Entry Request form. This consolidation aims to reduce confusion about which form to use when you request a correction. The process to request a correction remains the same; simply complete the new form and submit it through the Staff Service Centre under the “Journal Entry Service Request”.
What else is changing?
A few minor updates have been made to the Pcard Application & Agreement and Change request to Current Credit Card forms to enhance clarity and instructions for users.
All of the three updated forms are now available on the Forms Cabinet. Ensure that you are always using the latest versions of the forms by downloading directly from the Forms Cabinet.
