Reminder to Submit 2023 Benefit Claims

Sun Life, the university’s benefits provider, must receive claims for health and dental expenses within 90 days following the end of the calendar year in which the expense was incurred. Please ensure to submit your 2023 claims for health, vision, and dental benefits so Sun Life receives them by March 31, 2024. 

Here are the three ways you can submit claims related to supplementary health, dental, and vision:

• Online Submission of Claims through Sun Life Member Services
• my Sun Life Mobile App
• Completing a paper form
