Updates to the Staff Service Centre form

The new Job Posting Request Form has been added to the drop-down list of attachment types in the Staff Service Centre Contact Us form. When you select this form from the list, it will automatically be directed to the appropriate Shared Services team for processing rather than needing to be assessed and triaged by the Shared Services Advisors first. This will expedite processing for posting new jobs to the Careers site.

We’re excited to announce better clarity for uploading attachments when you contact Shared Services. As a result of feedback from faculty and staff, Shared Services has added new functionality to our contact form so that it shows the file names of each attachment rather than just the total number of attachments.
