Undergraduate student, Brooke Klassen, has been awarded third prize in the Classical Association of Canada Undergraduate Essay Competition (junior).

Brooke was a student in Professor Frances Pownall's Introduction to Ancient Greek History (CLASS 280), and her prize-winning essay is a creative work, based on Herodotus, entitled The Message of King Alexander of Macedon.
