Travel Awards
There is a yearly competition for these travel awards, which are granted on the basis of merit of the application and relevance to the student's research program. If you are planning to travel in the current year, prepare a draft budget, a travel plan, and a description of the purpose of your travel (include details such as conference name, archives or institutes' names, title of research presentation or description of research topic) and follow instructions for requesting departmental travel award funding from the Director of Graduate Programs.
