Zumba Gold is a dance fitness workout that is simple to follow, easy on the body, and a breeze to smile to! Zumba is for every body and in my classes, I show you modifications or progressions of the sequences of moves; you pick what works for you. You can even sit in a sturdy chair and just do the arm movements and minimal foot movements, if that is what best suits you that day! We always start with a thorough warm-up and end with a nice cool-down/stretch, sandwiching a playlist of songs that include rhythms like salsa, merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Afro-beat, Bollywood, tango, flamenco, soca, swing… the list is immense!
