Alberta Professional Planners Institute

The Alberta Professional Planners Institute (APPI) is a professional regulatory organization for Planners in the provinces of Alberta, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Registered Professional Planners (RPP)
The Registered Professional Planners (RPP) is the primary professional designation granted by APPI to qualified planners. It signifies that the holder meets the rigorous professional and ethical standards required by APPI and the Professional Planners Regulation under the Alberta Professional and Occupational Associations Registration Act.
Professional Planners in Canada must undergo Continuous Professional Learning as part of their professional designation requirements. Different types of learning and practice activities qualify as long as they are within the planning profession's core competencies. For more information, contact APPI.
