Find what moves you in our FREE recreation trial classes from September 9 to 13. These trial classes are open to students, staff and community members. 

Held outdoors in the picturesque Main Quad on September 9, RecCrawl is a day for Campus & Community Recreation to display the programs and facilities we offer and to welcome back the students, faculty and staff at the University of Alberta. There are blow up courses, free mini trial classes, yard games for everyone to enjoy. The U of A community can also stop for a snack and to chat with CCR staff who are ready to answer any questions about programming and registration.

Learn all of the sultry, feminine hip sways, undulations, and snake arms of the real Egyptian and North American bellydancers! In this low-intensity, strength-building class, you will:
- Learn all of the basics, from hip lifts to shimmies and be introduced to Middle Eastern rhythms and artists
- Put your dance steps to practice in combos and follow-the-leader exercises (and maybe a little veil work)
- Learn one or more hot and exciting choreographies to wow your friends!
