Mind too active?! A quick and easy way to get yourself in a meditative state and be more mindLESS instead of mindFUL:
Bring your attention to the midline of your body, the base of the skull to the base of the spine, and set the intention to send your mind and spirit out of your body—strengthening your physical intelligence. This strengthens your body to be strong to separate from your mind and spirit.
With your midline balanced, centred and stable, inhale in to a count of 4 and exhale to a count of 4, 20 times. This will help you separate your mind & spirit from your body. -Listen to music or relax in silence...invite your pets to meditate with you.
Rinse and repeat throughout the day to bring yourself back into a calm and mediative state. Simple, quick & easy.
