This is video 6 of a series that will encompass a weekly runner exercise, runner tip, and running plan.
In this week’s video:
WARM-UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5-minute walk
FOCUS EXERCISE:
Arabesque, repeat 10 times on each leg
RUNNING TIP:
Find your breath (match each stride to your breath)
RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute 30 seconds, then jog for 1 minute, repeat 10 times (for a total of 25 minutes)
