In this week’s video:
WARM-UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5-minute walk
FOCUS EXERCISE:
Supermans, hold for 2-3 seconds, repeat 10 times
RUNNING TIP:
Loosen your hand grip
RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute, then jog for 45 seconds, repeat 12 times (total of 21 minutes - decreased active recovery & decreased jog, but longer total duration)
