WARM-UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5-minute walk

FOCUS EXERCISE:
Couch Squat, repeat 10 times

RUNNING TIP:
Focus on knee lift

RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute 30 seconds, then jog for 1 minute, repeat 9 times (total of 22.5 minutes)
