This is video 3 of a series that will encompass a weekly runner exercise, runner tip, and running plan.

In this week’s video:
WARM UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5 minute walk

FOCUS EXERCISE:
Glute Bridge - hold for 2 seconds, repeat 10 times

RUNNING TIP:
Take time to connect with your environment

RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute 30 seconds, then jog for 1 minute, repeat 8 times (total of 20 minutes)
