This is video 2 of a series that will encompass a weekly runner exercise, runner tip and running plan.

In this week’s video:
WARM UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5 minute walk

FOCUS EXERCISE:
Plank - hold for 30 seconds,
repeat 2 times

RUNNING TIP:
Avoid shallow chest breathing, breathe through nose and mouth

RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute 30 seconds, then jog for 30 seconds, repeat 9 times (decreasing rest periods)
