This is video 11 of a series that will encompass a weekly runner exercise, runner tip, and running plan.

In this week’s video:
WARM-UP:
5 minutes dynamic stretches or 5-minute walk

FOCUS EXERCISE:
Isometric adductor exercise, hold for 10 seconds, repeat 10 times

RUNNING TIP:
It is ok to slow down

RUNNING PLAN:
Walk 1 minute, jog 3 minutes, repeat 6 times (for a total duration of 24 minutes)

COOLDOWN: Walk 5 minutes and static stretching
