Student Success
The Alberta School of Business and CPHR Alberta co hosted this year’s HRC West case competition. Twenty post-secondary schools from across Alberta and BC competed. Congratulations to Siddharth Pathak, Ainsley Plitt, Gwen Lizardo and Miguel Deanon for representing the ASB and professor Rick Brick for coaching our team.
Alberta School of Business took first place at the Haskayne School of Business Digital Case Competition! Congratulations to Tran Nguyen, Harim Ahmed, Mariia Valiieva and Pranjal Mandal for advancing to the semi-finals and securing the top spot. Big thanks to coach Jim Seethram for his support.
Many thanks to students Maddie Spelliscy, Maya Bezubiak, Ben Sherback, and Hunter Miller for representing the Alberta School of Business at the prestigious John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition - JMUCC in Montreal.

Students Ragghav Bathla, Rudrah Sharma, Ellen Tam, Ishan Arora, Kinza Mawji, and Mason D'Souza placed 3rd at the VCIC (Venture Capital Investment Competition) 2025 in Halifax with the help of their coaches Peter Keith and Tony Briggs. Congratulations!

Alberta School of Business placed fourth at the McGill Business Ethics Case Competition hosted by Desautels Faculty of Management! Alberta School of Business finished as runners-up at the NHH International Case Competition 2024 in Bergen, Norway! Congratulations to Marlow Pfeifer, Ishan Arora, Omer Syed, and Lavansh Sethi for representing the school on the international stage and presenting in the final round to a distinguished panel of judges.
