Faculty or Unit Specific Workshop

CTL facilitates faculty and unit specific workshops in support of their professional development of teaching goals. Because CTL has many such requests, we ask that:

1. faculty or unit specific workshop requests are made a minimum of 20 working days in advance of the workshop;
2. CTL has the opportunity to meet with the faculty or unit representative to discuss the purpose, needs, and expectations for the workshop. For example, a member of the team might ask:
   • what are the goals of this workshop?
   • how does this workshop fit within the professional development of teaching goals of the unit?
   • what are the expectations of the faculty or unit as well as the participants in the workshop?
3. a minimum of 15 participants be involved in the workshop;
4. sessions not be recorded.
