Launching Soon - Foreign Visitor Category Assessment Application

To ensure compliance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) legislation, steps must be taken to properly invite foreign visitors to campus under the correct category. Completing a Foreign Visitor Category Assessment (FVCA) allows Immigration Services in Shared Services to determine the category under which the visitor may be eligible.
The FVCA application has been redeveloped to ensure compliance with technology standards and to improve functionality and user experience. Testing is currently underway and is scheduled to go live May 21, 2024.
Note: As we transition to the new application, submitting an FVCA application will not be available May 18 to 20, 2024. Additional information will be available closer to the go live date.
