“When I came to university I thought I was going to be a psychologist, and now I'm in a program that I hadn't even heard of until my second year here. I don't think my University experience would have been nearly as fulfilling had I not deviated from the path I set out for myself and taken a chance.”—Lauren is entering her final year of a Human Ecology degree, with a major in Clothing, Textiles, and Material Culture. Recently, she was awarded the Roger S. Smith Undergraduate Research Award, as well as a Telio Scholarship.
