Christine Hughes brings extensive experience as a leader, an award-winning teacher and a researcher to her role as dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.
The University of Alberta is a leader in research related to health and well-being, and in tackling health challenges from local and global perspectives. One of those challenges is ensuring that as many people as possible have access to high-quality health care in their community, no matter where they live.
Christine Hughes, dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, has a vision for tackling that challenge as the leader of Alberta’s only pharmacy school and one of the top programs in Canada and the world.
