Strategic Decision-Making with Data Analytics

Description:  This course is designed to help students understand how to use data and algorithms to generate organizational value. Students will learn to use data to frame decisions, ask effective questions about data, understand and critique data collection and organization methods, use data to improve organizational outcomes, and advocate for data-driven decision-making. Class sessions will be highly interactive, including lectures, traditional case discussions, and contemporary cases. Students will engage deeply with the course concepts through readings, case preparation, class participation, a group project, and a final exam.
