The Research Partner Network (RPNet) provides UofA researchers with research development support. This support includes best practices in research proposal crafting and application development, requirements related to external funding sponsors, and streamlining of the research development and administration continuum.
Research Ethics Office (REO)
The Research Ethics Office (REO) provides effective, integrated administration and support within all aspects of the ethics review and approval process for research involving human participants and animal-based research, teaching, and testing.
Research Administrative Services (RAS)
The Research Administrative Services (RAS) supports the U of A research community by helping researchers and administrators apply for, receive, and manage research funding. RAS enables leading-edge research at the University of Alberta by providing easy-to-use services and processing research awards efficiently and effectively.
Technology Transfer Services (TTS)
The Technology Transfer Services (TTS) team helps researchers, postdoctoral fellows, staff, and students explore their discoveries and innovations' application and commercial potential and support intellectual property (IP) protection and strategy. TTS also connects external companies and individuals with UAlberta technologies available for licensing.
