Our colleagues joined us both in person and virtually with Sir Michael Houghton to discuss ways to strengthen Alberta’s Health & Life Sciences sector, continue our work in life-saving research and drug development, and prepare for pandemics in the future.

We also discussed innovations in the lifesciences and health industry, as well as the work we do to find treatments for infectious diseases like hepatitis, pox viruses, and SARS-CoV-2.
