Holly participated in research, working with Dr. Shintaro Kono, assisting him in conducting a study about how leisure impacts the mental health of university students.
She valued her experience in the BARST program, saying,
“The program taught me a lot about taking time to explore different passions and making time for leisure. With university in general, I learned that saying 'yes' to new experiences can be truly eye-opening and can lead to lots of fun.”
