Eligibility
- Nominee is registered in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at the U of A
- Awarded on the basis of overall academic excellence
- Awarded on the basis of research achievements
- Nominee has successfully completed their candidacy examination
- This award is intended to provide assistance for the nominee to attend and present a paper at a conference of national or international scope
- Previous recipients are not eligible
- The nomination must include the name of the conference the nominee plans to attend within the next twelve months
- Open to Canadian citizens.
- Open to permanent residents.
- Open to foreign nationals holding Canadian study permits.
- Open to applicants in doctoral programs.
- Open to applicants in thesis-based study programs.
How to apply
By nomination only. Students should contact their department for details on their application process. Nominations are submitted to GPS by the Department (or Faculty). The Graduate Scholarship Committee makes the final decision.
