Every day during the Week of Welcome at the Satellite Stage, you can enjoy a BBQ and check out the talent of our campus’ student performers or hear from Indigenous Storytellers about their experiences.

YAS QUEEN! Drag Bingo at the Satellite Stage promises to warm you up for the Drag performance on Friday night. The entertaining, original, Party Queens will entertain you while you play Bingo with a chance for you and your new friends to win prizes!

Check out the programThe U of A Coalition for Action on High-Risk Drinking (CAHRD) Satellite Stage is an alcohol-free alternative to the traditional beer gardens during the Week of Welcome. Non-drinkers have a comfortable and inclusive space to participate in activities, connect with other students, and relieve back-to-school stresses without the presence or pressures associated with alcohol.This event is a partnership between the Students’ Union and the Dean of Students.
