Congratulations to Xuege Wu, first year MA student in EFS, for winning the prestigious Graduate Student Research Assistant Award in the 2024 GSA Recognition Awards Competition! Under Professor Michael O'Driscoll's guidance, Xuege serves as a GRA for the SSHRC-funded SpokenWeb project, producing metadata for audio archives and curating two online exhibitions. She will present her research on the Poet & Critic ’69 recordings at ACCUTE 2024 and the EPL On The Edge Speaker Series soon. Learn more about the SpokenWeb UAlberta Team here.
