Areas of clinical/research interest: Adult/Pediatric upper limb reconstruction

Dr. Teresa Li obtained her medical degree from the University of Alberta in 2018, where she stayed to complete her orthopedic surgery residency.  She ventured to the US for her fellowship training, first to Syracuse, NY for hand and upper extremity at SUNY Upstate, and then to Sacramento, CA for pediatric hand and upper extremity at UC Davis / Shriners Children's Northern California.  She is excited to return back home to join the Sturgeon group and develop an adult and pediatric upper limb practice.  On the weekends you can find her hitting up the climbing gym or hiking.
