Several services now offered through Shared Services

With the launch of the Staff Service Centre, several priority services (employee data changes, payroll, benefits, pension, time and labour auditing and support, and federally funded summer employment programs) are now offered through Shared Services instead of HRHSE or faculty/unit contacts. Central inboxes that may have previously been used for HR requests have closed (e.g., general.inquiries@ualberta.ca, payroll.operations@ualberta.ca, benefits@ualberta.ca and employmentservices@ualberta.ca). Therefore, please direct faculty and staff to the Staff Service Centre to view articles about common HR inquiries, submit a form or request support. It’s also important that faculty and staff access forms through the website instead of saved versions in their personal folders.
