University-wide IT strategy

Work on developing the university-wide IT strategy continues. The team has completed several workshops with a variety of stakeholder groups as well as three interactive presentations to encourage further discussion. Ernst & Young has completed their initial draft of the environmental scan of IT strategies at comparator universities, which will be foundational in the upcoming visioning workshops to establish the fundamental principles of the U of A’s IT strategy.
