IT stream update

The IT stream is continuing to move at a rapid pace to eventually transition 20 faculties and units to the new operating model. This substantial change may create a bottleneck for teams as they manage all the work, so a Transition Gap Management Strategy and Surge Capacity Plan are being prepared to help mitigate gaps during the transition.
