Senior HRSP and HRSP update

Senior HR Service Partners (Senior HRSPs) have been confirmed and are currently being onboarded. Each will be working with their assigned College or unit leadership to ensure the needs of their respective areas are understood. Senior HRSPs will also be reaching out to leaders which will allow the opportunity to clarify roles and expectations. Senior HRSPs are also working through the recruitment process for hiring HR Service Partners (HRSPs) in order to fill any vacancies on their teams; once these positions have been filled, onboarding and orientation will be provided to existing HRSPs in early June, with new HRSPs being onboarded by approximately mid June.
