Everyone’s mental health fluctuates, and navigating challenging moments can sometimes feel a lot. But what if you had new ways of sustaining your well-being when things get tough?

This World Mental Health Day, attend this inspiring experience that offers approaches that can help you through your journey.

Led by Dr. Dwayne Donald, the River Valley Wellness Walk will draw on Indigenous teachings surrounding wellness to support you with reflecting on your connections to the land and those around you.

Registration is limited to 50 people. Note that this event includes walking up and down the river valley trails on paved, gravel and dirt paths.
