Funding the Future: Exploring Alberta's $8.6 Billion Investment in K-12 Education

Join us for an engaging online panel discussion on November 20, 2024, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (MST) as we delve into the Alberta Government's recent announcement of $8.6 billion allocated to support the education of 200,000 students across the province. This panel, hosted by students from the University of Alberta's EDPS 512 – Organizational Theory and Education course, will explore the implications of this investment on Alberta’s education system.

Each panelist will present a 10-minute perspective on the topic, followed by a breakout session where attendees will discuss sub-topics and generate questions. The event will conclude with a moderated 20-minute Q&A session where panelists will answer audience questions.
