It can sometimes feel a bit anticlimactic when you achieve a major life goal. This could be considered one of your big pit stops on your amazing journey of life. When we hit these milestones, it can sometimes feel deflating, that’s where emotional intelligence and positive intelligence come into play. Have you ever thought about your personal “saboteurs” when it comes to your happiness and positivity? We all have them and when they come out to play, it is never good. In this workshop, we’ll break down some of the recent models in these areas and explore tools, tactics and techniques to increase your resilience through challenging times.
