Gwenna Kadima, ’18 BCom, is an independent Career Activator providing career development services to empower Black, Indigenous and other students and professionals of colour (BIPOC) to discover and achieve their career aspirations. In addition to this work, Kadima addresses systemic workplace barriers as a talent and organization consultant and the co-founder of the Canadian Black Employee Resource Group at Accenture, a Fortune 500 technology consulting firm. Born in Edmonton, Kadima is a proud U of A grad and a member of the Toronto Alumni Chapter. - Cost
