Cam MacMillan is a passionate advocate of building world-class teams. His key mission as Co-founder and Chief Strategist with The Headhunters is to develop people to help them realize their true potential. Cam is active in the entrepreneurial community throughout Western Canada and is a mentor through the University of Alberta Venture Mentoring Service (Edmonton), and a Chapter Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (Vancouver). Throughout his career, Cam has managed teams in manufacturing (North America), retail, government (international) and professional services (Western Canada). Cam has worked with high performing teams of Fortune 500 and Deloitte Best Managed companies.

Carina Ludgate is a graduate from University of Alberta's Faculty of Arts, Political Science (2009). After working for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta post-graduation, she returned to school in 2012 to pursue a Bachelor of Communication Studies at MacEwan University. She currently runs a branding and communications consulting company in Edmonton, and is in the process of completing her Masters of Arts in Communications and Technology at the U of A.

Chris Fletcher is a business development manager with AltaML (Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence) and has spent over a decade working in the technology industry in Edmonton. After his first five years at Apple, he went on to work in business development for startups in digital authentication, e-Commerce, and in his own logistics venture. He currently handles sales and partner development for AltaML, one of Canada's fastest-growing Artificial Intelligence companies.

Emmy Stuebing is the director of the Edmonton Public Schools Foundation (EPSF), an organization that raises funds to help kids get ready for learning and their life through public education. Prior to joining the EPSF, Emmy served as the fund development manager for the Edmonton Public Library, managing the successful campaign to raise $10 million to support the revitalization of the Stanley A. Milner Library in downtown Edmonton. Emmy has spent her entire professional career working in the nonprofit sector. Over the past twenty-one years, Emmy has worked for six great nonprofit organizations, as well as volunteered on numerous boards and committees. She has expertise in fund development, communications and nonprofit management. In 2010, Emmy was recognized as one of Edmonton's Top 40 Under 40 by Avenue Magazine.

Ian O'Donnell has been the executive director of the Downtown Business Association of Edmonton for the past three years. As a proud arts graduate with a major economics and minor in psychology, Ian has had the pleasure of working in various industries and roles over the course of his career. Starting off with Pattison Outdoor in advertising, he assisted the sales team and then led the leasing department for Northern Alberta. He then transitioned to a new opportunity with local developer, Langham Developments, where he was an assistant project manager for their high-rise infill projects in the downtown core. Ian then ventured into a nearly decade long tenure as a project manager and LEED AP at Manasc Isaac (architects).

Justin Deonarine is an Organizational Psychologist. He uses data-driven decision making to help help businesses improve their productivity and create a better working environment for their employees.

Brian Menges has extensive experience in residential and commercial loan origination and underwriting, and currently is responsible for the investor relations department of Caplink. Brian is the President, director and shareholder of Cedar II Mortgage Corporation and Caplink Mortgage Investors Corporation as well as a member of both the Finance and Credit Committees. Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta, a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from National University, San Diego, California and a Masters of Business Administration. Brian is currently a member of the Edmonton Executive Association, Food for Thought, a member of the Economic Society of Northern Alberta and a mentor with the University of Alberta Venture Mentoring Service (VMS).
