Bachelor of Music / Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education Combined Degrees Program Guide

The best part? Through this special 5-year degree program you will receive 2 separate degrees simultaneously: a BMus degree and a BEd (Elementary) degree.

Academic Requirements for BMus/BEd Elementary students

  • The Department of Music and the Faculty of Education offer two five-year integrated programs of 162 units each, leading to the degrees of Bachelor Music and Bachelor of Education (Elementary), and Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Education (Secondary).  
  • The first three years (99 units) are taken in the Faculty of Arts and the last two years (63 units) are taken in the Faculty of Education.
