Career Treks
Interested to learn more about the opportunities that exist outside of Edmonton? The Alberta School of Business organizes yearly excursions outside of Edmonton to showcase students the opportunities and career paths that exist in Alberta and beyond. Career Treks facilitate a unique environment in which post-secondary education is connected with the workplace.
As well, Career Treks allow students to gain industry insight on various cultures, recruitment processes, and possible career trajectories at a given organization. In addition, they provide a remarkable networking opportunity for students in which they are able to connect with professionals in their chosen field. Specifically, each Career Trek connects students with potential employers outside of the Capital Region.
Career Treks are single or multiple-day events in which we will visit up to 4 organizations outside of Edmonton. Currently, ASB organizes Career Treks to Calgary and Toronto.
