October Hours (October 4 - 14)

Days open in October: 4-6  |  11-14
Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Notice

Starting Oct. 1, in preparation for the colder months, we will begin shutting down water features in the Aga Khan Garden and Kurimoto Japanese Garden for routine maintenance and to protect critical infrastructure:

Oct. 1 - Oct. 4: Rose Bagh, Ice Bagh, Mahtabi Pond Waterfall, and Woodland Seep Fountain

Oct. 7 - Oct. 11: Kurimoto Japanese Garden waterfall, ponds, and pools, Aga Khan Garden waterfall, ponds, and pools, Chowk Wall, and Woodland Bagh (Reflecting Pool)

The Garden is located in Parkland County, Alberta, 15 minutes southwest of Edmonton on Highway 60.

Important

The Garden is not located on the University of Alberta campus.

You will need a vehicle to get here, as there is no public transportation to the Garden. Free parking is available on-location.

Parking

  • Parking is free at the Garden.
  • Bus and limousine parking is available in designated areas.
  • RV parking is available on weekdays only.
  • Bike racks are available for cyclists to lock up bikes.
  • Parking is available for Devonian Trail users during regular Garden hours.
